My Energy Refunds provides an assessment service to determine the potential for an energy mis-selling claim, followed by a referral service to a law firm for handling any identified claim.

2. Enquiry Submission

By submitting an enquiry to us, you are requesting that we assess your situation to determine whether you may have a valid claim. This submission does not guarantee that we will accept your case or that we will find a law firm willing to pursue your claim.

3. Information Provided

You warrant that all information provided to us during the enquiry process is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge. You agree to cooperate fully with our assessment process and to provide all necessary information promptly.

4. Referral to Law Firm

In the event we identify a potential claim, we may refer your case to a suitable law firm for further action. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee that the law firm will accept your case, and any subsequent legal services will be subject to their own terms and conditions.

5. No Legal Advice

We are not a law firm, do not act as your attorney, and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to assessing your potential claim and referring your case to a law firm.

6. Fees

Our assessment service is provided free of charge. If we refer your case to a law firm and they accept your case, we will receive a referral fee from the law firm. Any fees or costs associated with the legal services provided by the law firm will be subject to a separate agreement between you and the law firm. Please note, our receipt of a referral fee does not impact any fees or costs you may incur with the law firm.
Again, please consult a legal expert to ensure that this amended clause aligns with local laws and regulations.

7. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.

Your Business Energy Refunds is a website and trading name operated by Proaxis Legal Ltd, a Claims Management Company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference number 833988. Proaxis Legal Ltd is a private limited company, registered in England and Wales under Company number 4494454. VAT number 800564657, registered address is Portal Business Centre, Bridgewater House, North Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 1AF. Proaxis Legal Ltd does not charge customers for their service and in return for passing customer details to a Solicitor Proaxis Legal Ltd receive a fee for their marketing services. If successful in any claim for compensation and by way of deduction the solicitor will charge a percentage of any compensation awarded that will have been discussed and agreed before starting your case. There are no hidden or up-front costs and if any claim is unsuccessful no charge will be made.
